Construction Administration & Capital Maintenance Services
We are responsible for the management of capital construction projects greater than $100,000 or adding to education and general square footage.In support of the University's mission, Construction Administration and Capital Maintenance Services seeks to add value by incorporating the facility-oriented elements of the Academic Master Plan into the capital projects construction process.
To keep up with our fast growing university, the staff continually constructs and renovates with latest technologies that provide essential learning environments.
Construction Administration's goals

- To participate in construction partnerships using private donations to help complete the planned growth of MTSU
