Offering services to improve or modify existing space, the staff works with University personnel to meet the scope of the project, schedule and coordinate the planning and design of the renovation, maintain project files and schedules, maintain communication with their client, and keep the project within budget.
Additionally, the staff is responsible for coordinating efforts to ensure all projects meet fire, safety, environmental, codes, and ADA regulations.
ALPHA - a direct order contracting firm is- now located on
campus to help in handling small construction projects.
