Quality Assurance
Facilities Services maintains a Quality Assurance Program that provides support to the Custodial Services program:
Inspections - Facilities are inspected routinely to ensure the Cleaning Standards are being met from both a frequency and quality standpoint.
Customer Service - Cleaning concerns, special requests, and service feedback are welcomed by Facilities Services.
