These personal finance materials were developed using Tennessee’s Personal Finance course standards. The Financial Education for College Access and Success curriculum uses the US Department of the Treaury Financial Education Core Competencies which includes five (5) modules: (1) Earnings; (2) Spending; (3) Saving & Investing (4) Borrowing, and (5) Protecting. Each module includes its own set of lessons and each lesson has a PowerPoint presentation and instructor narrative. In addition, the goal is for each lesson to also include a PowerPoint with narration. Please note that we are in the process of reviewing and updating all of our materials so many of these materials are still in draft format.
