North Carolina Traffic League
Beginning with 2001, the NCTL will award a transportation scholarship to a citizen or permanent resident of North Carolina enrolled full-time as Juniors or Seniors, or a part-time graduate student in an approved field of transportation study. The scholarship will be awarded to a student with a 3.0 GPA minimum who is attending an approved college or university. Click here to download the application.
