****TPR- Total physical Response: uses whole body movement while learning concrete nouns and verbs that need no translation. TPRS - Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling: scaffolds grammatical structures onto concrete vocabulary and cognates as the teacher poses questions that lead students into creating a story with their own responses.
