Physics and Astronomy Graduate Faculty

The University bestows the designation "Graduate Faculty" upon faculty following review of their credentials and recommendation by their colleagues. The University maintains four levels of graduate faculty: Doctoral, Full, Associate, and Adjunct.

Only graduate faculty members are eligible to teach 6000/7000 level courses and serve on thesis or dissertation committees. Only doctoral members are eligible for dissertation committee chair. Doctoral, full and associate levels are eligible to serve as thesis committee chair. Adjunct graduate faculty may serve as committee members/readers.
