We also support our members through programming and leadership development. Our desire is to help our members become the best they can be - personally, professionally, and philanthropically.";

New Member Program:

Time: 6-8 weeks
Big Sis/LittleSis Week: 3rd Week

Requirements for initiation:

• 100% attendance at New Member Workshops
• Attend trip to headquarters in Brentwood, TN
• Ten completed community service hours
• 2.5 GPA
• Good standing with chapter/university
• Attend Retreat
