"Friendships built while in Tau Kappa Epsilon are valuable and long-lasting. The common bond and ideals stressed by the Fraternity strengthen friendships and give a young student a real feeling of belonging in a new college atmosphere."

- Ben Meredith, Tau Kappa Epsilon President

Generations of men have become successful through their life experiences in Tau Kappa Epsilon. Founded more than a century ago, TKE considers men “not for wealth, rank, or honor, but for personal worth and character.” The strength of TKE is its brotherhood.

TKE includes a very diverse membership; our members are astronauts, athletes, entertainers, and leaders in government, business education, science, and the arts. We have members ranging from Ronald Reagan and Terry Bradshaw to Elvis Presley and Willie Nelson.

The Sigma Omicron chapter of TKE is committed to the principles of scholarship, community service, leadership, and friendship. We were the 2002 winners of the Director’s Cup, and we are very active in Greek, school, and community activities. Choosing TKE means you accept the challenge to pursue your own success. It is a choice to belong to a brotherhood that will help you realize your potential and develop your future. Tau Kappa Epsilon is in the business of building better men—men who bring honor to their families, schools, communities, and to our fraternity.
