H1N1 (SWINE FLU) VIRUS MTSU Student Health Services has provided the following links to help answer the many questions that students, parents, faculty, and staff have about H1N1. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) makes recommendations on testing, treatment, and disposition of patients that may have suspected H1N1 influenza. These recommendations change as the CDC observes how this virus spreads and mutates. MTSU Health Services is monitoring these recommendations closely and will post changes on our website to reflect these changes. If you have unanswered questions after reviewing the links below, please feel free to contact Health Services, and one of our staff will help answer your questions.

Girls, you can now book your annual exam online. Click here to schedule your Pap test. If you are filing insurance be sure to bring your insurance card to your appointment.
TRAVEL CLINIC Health Services has recently started a Travel Clinic. At this point in our startup we can provide all travel vaccinations on site or in conjunction with local pharmacies. Scheduling a Travel Clinic appointment will allow for review and advice as to recommended vaccinations, travel medications, and precautions for any destionation(s) on the traveler's itinerary. FAA PHYSICAL APPOINTMENT You must schedule your FAA appointment by calling 898-2988 or visiting our office. After making your appointment, you must fill out your medical history form online by going to https://medxpress.faa.gov/ . Please see our FAA page for further details about filling out your medical history. If you come to your appointment without completing this information, you will be asked to reschedule and pay a $10 booking fee.
