On-Campus Housing - Womack Lane

Womack Lane Apartments are home to single students and students with families. Womack Lane is located on the eastern side of campus next to the MTSU Recreation Center. Womack Lane offers its residents a centralized club house which houses a 24 hour desk, lobby space, and computer lab. The club house is also home to the MTSU Day Care Center. The Womack Lane Apartments come equipped with a stove, refrigerator, beds, chairs for the living room, a dining table with chairs, and TV stand.

A Typical 1 bedroom furnished apartment consist of:

• kitchen: refrigerator and stove/oven
• living room: sofa, chair, air conditioner, and end table
• dining area: table with chairs
• bedroom: two bunked beds, two chest of drawers, and one closet
• two internet connection port
• one phone jack
• 1 basic cable hook up

A Typical 2 bedroom furnished apartment consist of:

• kitchen: refrigerator and stove/oven
• living room: sofa, chair, air conditioner, and end table
• dining area: table with chairs
• bedroom 1: one bed, one chest of drawers, and one closet
• bedroom 2: one bed, one chest of drawers, and one closet
• two internet connection port
• one phone jack
• 1 basic cable hook up

1 Bathroom is located in each apartment and shared between residents.
