Pre-Professional Graduate Student Section of the Tennessee Association of Family and Consumer Sciences

The object of this section shall be to create a greater understanding of the significant place of the family and consumer sciences professional in our society and to stimulate action which will lead toward the realization of an optimum environment which will provide for the total well being of the family and the individual.  The Association encourages graduate study in family and consumer sciences and its subspecialties, such as textiles and clothing, nutrition, institutional management/food service systems administration, consumer studies, cooperative extension, and family and consumer sciences communication, education, and administration.  For more information check out the TAFCS website.
