photoThe following is a list of student organizations that focus on the needs of MTSU ethnic minority students and alumni. A complete list of MTSU student organizations along with their descriptions is also available on MyMT.

Caribbean Student Association

Promotes Caribbean cultural awareness and knowledge amongst the members and the Middle Tennessee State University community. This shall be accomplished through social and cultural activities as well as Caribbean and other cultural interactions.

Chinese Student and Scholar Association (CSSA MTSU)

Provides help for Chinese students at MTSU and builds a connection between Chinese students and scholars. Helps incoming students learn the Murfreesboro area quickly. Organizes activities and Chinese festival events.

Collegiate 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee State University (Collegiate 100)

The Collegiate 100 is an organization that was founded under the direction of Dr. James E. Walker. Our mission is to nurture and enhance the growth, development, and opportunities of young black males of Middle Tennessee.

FUTURO of MTSU (FUTURO)

FUTURO is an organization that engages Latino college students in the process of professional development with four areas of focus: Professional development training, internships and career mentoring, professional networking, and community building. 

Minority Graduate Student Association (MGSA)

What Does MGSA Offer? Provides a support system, serves as a networking organization with professionals in your field of study, and provides a forum of discussion for current issues. Encourages scholarly and professional performance.
