Welcome, Military and Veteran Students!

photoWelcome to MTSU and the Center for Student Involvement and Leadership (CSIL). We are excited that you are here and hope you will take advantage of the services, programs, and resources provided by CSIL and other campus departments.

MTSU houses some well-established web sites specifically for our Veteran and Military students (see links below) and we invite you to also explore some of our other websites to learn about the various ways you can become involved with your community and how several offices on campus can lend you support.

While the student organizations housed on this site provide involvement opportunities for all students, you might want to check out the following student groups whose primary mission is to engage our military, veteran and nontraditional students:

  • MTSU Nontraditional Student Organization (NTO) is an organization for nontraditional students at MTSU. Our mission is to help nontraditional students transition back into college and aid them in their academic careers.

  • Blue Raider American Veteran Organization (BRAVO) - The group’s mission is to provide an inclusive student organization for veterans in and out of the military that provides networking, organizes social and service events, provides veteran-specific services and advocates on behalf of student veterans.
