For your convenience, we have provided the following summary of important conference dates and deadlines:
- Proposal Submission - October 26, 2007
- Hotel reservations - DoubleTree Hotel
(made directly through the hotel): March 6, 2008 - Early Bird Discount Registration and $125 payment: due by March 21
- Registration fee after March 21, 2008: $150
- Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the address below. Cancellations postmarked by March 21, 2008 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made after March 21, 2008.
