For your convenience, we have provided the following summary of important conference dates and deadlines:

  • Proposal Submission - October 24, 2008
  • Hotel reservations - DoubleTree Hotel
    (made directly through the hotel): February 26, 2009
  • Early Bird Discount Registration and $125 payment: due by March 13, 2009
  • Registration fee after March 13, 2009: $150
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy
    All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the address below.  Cancellations postmarked by March 13, 2009 will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be made after March 13, 2009.
