Abstract:
A project was conducted to explore various ways to hook classrooms up for collaborations via Skype and/or GizmoProject VOIP-type software. The project included posting of finished (edited) interviews via podcasts on a website for archival use. Various add-ons and plug-ins to Skype were experimented with during the collaborations. A unique aspect of Skype called Skypecasting may provide a way for rapid on-the-fly podcasts that could be archived for future use.
