This will be a panel discussion addressing the legal
implications of virtual worlds, in particular Second Life,
regarding tort law, right to privacy, and intellectual property
issues. Presenters will discuss virtual property creation,
shields to liability for institutions of higher learning, and
censorship/control issues for avatars.
