  • Hotel reservations should be made directly through the hotel by February 26.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the address on this form. Cancellations postmarked by March 13, 2009, will receive a full refund.

No refunds after March 13, 2009.

Sign-Up for Conference Workshops

Sign-up for conference workshops will be on a first-come, first-served basis at the conference registration desk:

  • Sunday, March 29, 6-8 p.m. at DoubleTree Hotel
  • Monday, March 30, & Tuesday, March 31, beginning at 7:00 a.m. at MTSU's Keathley University Center
