ITD Client Services

Client Services and IT Business Operations areas supports desktop, classroom, student accessible, and student laptop computing and peripherals on campus.  This support is administered through the information technology help desk, individuals who are assigned to specific colleges and other academic areas, and individuals who support administrative offices.  This area also provides support for digital signage and is responsible for the Student Technology Assistant (STA) program.  The Campus ID System serves the campus with physical ID cards, door access, campus debit card functions, meal plans, and time and attendance.  The business operations area is responsible for software site licensing and hardware and software inventories for the University; budgeting, accounting, purchasing, human resource issues, and publications for the division.
