<p class="bodyText">You may add a comment form to your web pages by using "FormMail.pl" which is a CGI script.</p>
<p class="bodyText">"FormMail.pl" is unique in that only home pages stored on frank can make use of the script. The comment form allows visitors to send comments or questions directly to you via a "fill-in-the-blank" form.</p>
<p class="bodyText">Include the following (preferably) in a new file named comment.html or, if you wish, in your .html file of choice:</p>

<p class="bodyText">Line 5: Value is only the file name in your public_html; the complete path is not required.<br /> Line 6: Value is the account name only (account name follows the tilde [~] in your web address).</p>
<p class="bodyText">If you want the data to be stored in a datafile, complete the value="..." field in lines 5 and 6. Before the data will be stored in the datafile, you must log into your frank account and run the script: "archive_setup."</p>
