Shawn Alverson

As the BlueID office Manager, Shawn oversees the ID Office and the ID Clerk staff position. This includes the production of MTSU BlueID Cards and administration of the ID system software, hardware, and networked devices. Shawn is responsible for the availability and functions of systems that provide usability to the campus via the ID card as a means of financial transactions, activity reporting, and secure access privileges. Shawn provides support for the ID system via database administration on Oracle database and hardware maintenance and monitoring of several transaction servers on campus as well as the client devices that transact with them.
