Robin Jones has been with MTSU since November
1993. She is the director of the Communication Support Services
area for the Information Technology Division (ITD). Since being
on board at MTSU, Robin has worked on many projects such as
technology shows, conferences, virtual school, company leader for
American Heart Association Heart Walk, and has served on various
campus committees.
Robin directs the activities of the 24/7 IT help desk, the IT
work order system, the division budgetary and accounting process,
the BlueID office, ITD publications, the Student Technology
Assistant Program (STA), the university site license program, and
is the ITD liaison to Human Resources.
