James is responsible for issuing ID cards to all faculty, staff,
and students. He also maintains and troubleshoots camera and
printer equipment, answers the ID Office phone, furnishes
information and answers to questions relating to ID cards,
equipment and software. James also assists the ID office manager
when needed.
