Financial Records System (FRS)

The Financial Records System supports the needs of administrators and business officers in accordance with recommended guidelines for higher education business practices. Functionality provided by FRS includes:

  • creating vouchers from invoices;
  • producing and reconciling checks;
  • storing payment data;
  • reporting 1099 tax;
  • keeping financial records;
  • controlling budgets and encumbrances;
  • managing cash, grants, and contracts;
  • reporting information for the institution;
  • and processing fiscal year-end.
