The Information Technology Division's Telecommunication Services exists to provide dependable, efficient, timely, and cost-effective state of the art voice and data communication technology and services to students, faculty, staff, and guests. Telecommunication Services staff provides support to approximately 5,500 users on 4,873 stations.

Telecommunication Services maintains the telephone lines and equipment on campus and handles most service requests within 24 hours.
