Trouble Tickets

To create a trouble ticket for your phone problem, please login at Use your 4-digit phone number as your LOGIN ID and also as your PASSWORD. From the main menu choose "Trouble Ticket" to access the Trouble Ticket screen. Next choose "Add New" and complete the fields on the screen. When finished choose "ADD". You will receive an email when your trouble ticket has been resolved (normally within 24 hours). If you have any questions please contact Telecommunications at extension 2991.
