Pinnacle Honor Society Award of Achievement Application

Each Fall and Spring Semester,the Pinnacle Honor Society awards a graduating Senior who has been a Pinnacle Honor Society member and who has successfully completed a degree while overcoming many obstacles.

To apply for this award, please complete this form and click the send button. The awards will be presented at the Nontraditional Student Week dinner Nov. 10, 2011 and at the OWLs/Pinnacle Picnic April 26, 2012.
