Women's Leadership Series: Balance and Boundaries
Women face many roles in their lives, and each role brings with it many responsibilities.
As students, friends, mothers, daughters, sisters, girlfriends, spouses, and employees,
women can all too quickly find themselves overwhelmed and see their physical health
suffer as a result. In this session, participants will consider the overlap of physical
and psychological wellbeing and discuss how building assertiveness, self-confidence,
and stress management skills can add quality and years to their lives. Don't just
survive your time in college-- learn to thrive in this exciting environment!
