Upcoming Events

February 21 | 3:00 p.m. | KUC 320 | Women's Leadership Series: Balance and Boundaries
Women face many roles in their lives, and each role brings with it many responsibilities. As students, friends, mothers, daughters, sisters, girlfriends, spouses, and employees, women can all too quickly find themselves overwhelmed and see their physical health suffer as a result. In this session, participants will consider the overlap of physical and psychological wellbeing and discuss how building assertiveness, self-confidence, and stress management skills can add quality and years to their lives. Don't just survive your time in college-- learn to thrive in this exciting environment!

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Look for special upcoming events.

April 9 & 10 | 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. | KUC Knoll | Clothesline Project
This is a touching display of t-shirts created and painted by survivors of sexual assault. This is a very effective way to educate the public and see the thoughts of these survivors. Statistical information will be provided, and valuable resources will be available.

April 7 | 6:00 p.m. | KUC Knoll | Take Back the Night
Several guest speakers will speak out about sexual assault, and there will be an open mic session for others to share their experiences. There will be a march around campus followed by a candlelight vigil. Come and feel empowered and help us take back the night.
