I joined the MTSU family in June 2004. Prior to coming to MTSU, I worked at Texas A&M University and Western Kentucky University. I have over 8 years experience working with students, primarily in the disciplinary system. I enjoy my work because it is ever-changing, and I have had the opportunity to help many students focus on their priorities and successfully graduate from college. I think it is very important for students to understand and value honesty and integrity, and for each student to recognize their responsibility to the community in which they live.

I bleed blue and have been a MTSU Blue Raider since 2000. I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degree from MTSU and was hired as the Coordinator for Judicial Affairs in October of 2006. Prior to this postion I worked as the Graduate Assistant for the Office of Student Organizations & Community Service. I am passionate about being student centered in my job and want to challenge students to be the best student they can possibly be. Each day I strive to make decisions that will benefit our students and community. I love my job and hope to see our students succeed in all that they do!
