Disciplinary Process: Confidentiality of Process


In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), 20 USC 1232g, a student’s disciplinary files are considered "educational records." These records are confidential and may only be accessed by the student and as otherwise provided by law.

Student Judicial Board

Application packets for the 2012-2013 Student Judicial Board will become available on March 23, 2012. Check back for additional information.

       

Traffic Citation Appeals
Student traffic citation appeals are heard by the Court of Traffic Appeals. Please visit the Student Government Association web site for full information.

Appeals may be made by visiting the SGA website, and decisions may be reviewed online as well.
