If you want to make a difference in the world and develop lifelong leadership skills, then Leadership Studies is for you.  Leadership Studies is a 17-hour minor that promotes the process of leadership development through an interdisciplinary curriculum.  It will allow you to gain a better understanding of leadership through the study of leadership theories, communication, and organizations, as well as personal leadership development and enrichment through a community- or campus-based learning endeavor.  The minor will prepare you for leadership opportunities in all aspects of life--personal, business, government, education, and community.  Leadership Studies is hosted by the Management & Marketing Department and complements most majors.
