- Have you started but not finished your degree?
- Do you want to complete your degree?
- Do you have any credits from a university, a community college, or a technology center?
- Do you have prior military experience or training?
- Have you taken seminars or company sponsored training sessions?
- Do you have any certifications?
- Do you have experience as a leader or supervisor?
- Have you taken any professional development courses such as Six Sigma, LEAN manufacturing, etc?
- Do you have experience in payroll, human resources, finance, or other administrative areas?
- Have you developed or taught any formal training programs?
- Have you attended a business college or technical school?
- Have you participated in company sponsored supervisory training courses?
- Have you attended several AMA or similar training classes?
- Have you participated in company sponsored quality circle, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement type programs?
- Do you have experience in a variety of maintenance, quality and technical positions?
- Have you been a member of a company safety committee?
- Do you have a certificate from a Tennessee Technology Center?
- Have you been a member of a company cost reduction or product improvement team?
- Have you earned certification from the American Payroll Association?
- Have you attended the SHRM Learning Systems training?
- Have you earned the SHRM PHR or SPHR certifications?
- Have you attended numerous one day HR, Payroll and Legal Update seminars?
- Have you had Train-the-Trainer training?
- Do you have a Private Pilot License?
