- Majors in the college will successfully persist to graduation.
- Majors in the college will indicate they receive effective instruction that contributes to their knowledge, skills, and personal development.
- Majors in the college will receive effective academic advising.
- Programs in the college will reflect a commitment to equity, diversity, and difference.
- Students and faculty in the college will expand participation in service learning and experiential learning programs.
- Students and faculty in the college will regularly participate in study abroad activities.
- Departments in the college will expand current academic programs and develop new academic programs, as appropriate.
- Departments in the college will have sufficient staff to cover enrollments, especially in General Education.
- Faculty and students in the college will have access to adequate facilities and equipment for teaching, learning, and research/creative activity.
- Faculty and students in the college will engage in scholarly activity consistent with department expectations and program level.
