Answers to How? Where? Do? Who?

1. Where can I find help designing a hybrid course? Contact Barbara Draude, Director of Instructional Technology Department. Sign up for workshop. See teaching resource entry.
2. Do we subscribe to the Journal of College Teaching? See our subscriptions page. Check periodicals list in library or the journal locator.
3. Who can help me with a podcast? Check with FITC--Faculty Instructional Technology Center.  Also refer to their podcast instructional site.
4. Where can I find some strategies for teaching large classes? Look in our teaching resources digest first. There we would list all the resources and information collected on the topic, including identifying campus experts who can advise you personally. The Center also keeps a current vertical file of information in the office. Call x7671.
5. Are there internships available this year?

Academic Affairs is usually a good place to start when searching for professional development opportunities like internships, grants, and other things.  In addition, make sure you sign up for Learning-L, our listserv that's devoted to your being informed of both on and off campus opportunities.
