What makes these teachers so outstanding?
In this lively series of 15-20 minute podcasts, LT&ITC co-directors Barbara Draude and Faye Johnson interviewed each of the 2008 outstanding teachers  to find out how he and she became so exceptional in the classroom. What may surprise you about them is that they are so different from each other, yet each brings a demeanor and set of  interests that succeed in motivating and connecting with their students and that also helps them create the kind of learning environments that work for both teacher and student.  Most important, you'll hear repeatedly that each of these outstanding teachers became so known by constantly changing their methods and by adapting to and caring for their students.
