What is a wiki?

Teaching Learning & Technology (TLT) Group Website. A wiki is a collaborative website comprised of many authors. Anyone can make additions, deletions, or changes to the content on a wiki. The first wiki was developed by Ward Cunningham in 1995. Wikis are popular with academia, scientists, IT Techies, and other knowledge communities.
Wikipedia, an open content encyclopedia, is a popular wiki.
