Mr. Gossage came from very humble beginnings. He began his career twenty-two years ago at the Nashville Speedway in Nashville, Tennessee. He then served as Manager of Bristol International Raceway, then moved on to Miller Brewing Company, as Manager of the Motorsports Division. He is now the General Manager of the second largest sports facility in the world. Locally, he serves on the board of Speedway Children's Charity and as a member of the Fort Worth Convention and Visitor's Bureau. A graduate from the MTSU School of Journalism, Gossage is considered an industry expert in public relations and marketing.
