Module 1: College Advising Registration Checklist
New Student Checklist What do to after Registration
1. Get your student ID This card will give you access to services and discounts to campus events. (You must be registered for classes.)
- The ID office is located in the James Union on the third floor.
- The Student ID card can be used as a debit card in various locations such as the Phillips Bookstore, to pay fees, fines, or to purchase meal plans. Deposits can be made to the Business Office.
2. Confirm your schedule and pay your fees You must confirm your schedule and pay your fees by the date noted in the Schedule Book for the appropriate semester.
- You can confirm and pay fees on Pipeline (if you have Financial Aid, you must have a confirmation number!!)
- If you choose to pay by credit card, cash, or check, your payment is your confirmation.
- If you have any questions, please contact the Business Office – 898-2540/CAB 105.
3. Pick up your Parking Permit Upon payment of all registration fees, students are eligible to receive a green parking pass.
- The Parking and Transportation Office is located at 1403 E. Main Street.
- Office Hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, M-F
4. Purchase your Books Be sure to save your receipt! You have two weeks at the beginning of a semester to return your books for a refund.
