| Module 2: Advising
Introduction to RODP MTSU is a participating institution with the Regents Online Degree Program. Courses completed in the program will be entirely online. The Regents Online Degree Program (RODP) brings college to you-at home, the library, the office, or on the road. Anytime of the day or night. No long hours away from your job and family. No commuting. Simply click into class and start learning. The RODP faculty and staff have been highly trained in teaching, learning, and assessing the needs of online students. The RODP courses are designed for a 12 week semester-in an interactive, asynchronous (accessing courses at your convenience) format. These courses contain the same content and rigor as courses on campus. Student services such as advising, library services, student support, bookstore, and other forms of student assistance are offered through online delivery. Technical support for accessing course lessons and assignments are available 24 hours 7 days per week. A few courses require proctored testing. These exams may be taken at MTSU in the Distance Learning Test Center, at your nearest TBR institution, at your local public library (if you are out-of-state), or at other locations approved by your instructor (i.e., a military base in another country).
