Additional Fees The cost for RODP classes is higher than on-campus courses. There is a $68/hour fee in addition to the regular tuition rate. RODP fees are computed in addition to any MTSU course fees. Regents Online Degree Program (RODP) courses are charged per hour and do not apply to the full-time maximum for MTSU registration fees in the fall and spring terms.
