All participants should wear a black sports bra, black jazz pants, and black jazz shoes with hair half up/half down for tryouts.

AUDITIONS

Auditions will be held April 3-4, 2010.  Please check back for the time of the auditions.

If you're interesting in auditioning for the 20010-11 MTSU Dance Team, submit the following to:

• $20.00 application fee — make check payable to MTSU Spirit Teams.
• Proof of enrollment or acceptance to MTSU
• Photograph of yourself, no larger than 5x7 (photos will not be returned)
• Tryout Application
• Consent Form/Proof of Insurance

VIDEO AUDITION GUIDELINES

If you are unable to attend auditions in person, then follow these guidelines:

• Complete Video Application, Consent Form/Proof of Insurance form.
• Submit video application, consent form, photo, proof of enrollment and $20 registration fee - TBA. Please denote on application the reason you are submitting a video audition rather than applying in person.
• Then send us a DVD by TBA, that includes the following:
  
  - Quick introduction: name, age, hometown
  - Exhibition of skills
  
• No editing or splicing during the routine(s)
• Please emphasize precision, energy, facials and showmanship

All video auditions will be watched by the panel of judges at the same time as the other auditions.
