Cheerleading Tryouts for 2013-2014

May 3,  6 p.m. (Check-in, registration, workout)
May 4,  4 p.m. (workout, evaluations)
May 5,  2 p.m. (final evaluations)

Team will be posted 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 5. Team meeting will follow at 7 p.m. on May 5.

Tryout fee is $20 payable to Elite Energy Gymnastics and Cheer

Tryouts will be held at Elite Energy Gymnastics and Cheer, located at 2121 Battlefield Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN, 37219, phone: 615-890-6611, click the logo for Mapquest directions.

Please submit all video tryouts by April 30, 2013! Send videos to Campus Recreation Center, Attn Doug Daigle, 1301 East Main Street, MTSU Box 556, Murfreesboro, TN 37132

If your High School Graduation falls on any of the tryout dates listed, you may be excused for ONLY that day of tryouts to attend your graduation. Attendance will still be required for the preceding tryout dates. Please contact Coach Doug Daigle at 615-494-8907 or at doug.daigle@mtsu.edu for more information. 

Mascot Tryouts

Get in the Rec and get the MTSU Blue Raider Spirit. Lightning Mascot tryouts will be on May 3  at 6 p.m. at Elite Energy Gymnastics and Cheer. Tryout fee is $20 and payable by cash or check to Elite Energy.  You will be allowed to wear the mascot uniform and perform a 3-5 minute crowd involvement routine.  You will have use of signs and flags.  Any other props must be provided by the person trying out.
