MTSU Leadership Development conferences include:

• The Blue Raider Leadership Summit (BRLS) is an educational opportunity for students to learn about the principles and techniques of effective leadership, as well as network with other students. BRLS is for students who are new to leadership positions or aspiring leaders. BRLS is sponsored by the Office of Leadership & Service and planned by B.O.L.T. (Better our Leaders for Tomorrow). It is the only completely student-led conference on campus.
  
  February 3-4, 2012: The Theme for this year's event is "iLEAD: Shuffle Your Leadership Style".Students can expect numerous educational sessions with emerging leadership topics. Come join 100 other student leaders for an overnight conference of fun-filled learning about leadership and what it means for you.
  
  Cost: Early Bird Fee $25 due by January 20, 2012
  Late Application Deadline: $30 due by February 1, 2012
  ** Registration fee includes transportation, lodging, all meals, and conference materials.
