Student Unions provides a variety of services to the campus community including coordinating James Union Buildingand Keathley University Centerservices, operating a student information desk, and providing lost and found services.
It is the mission of MTSU's Student Union to provide convenient, high-quality facilities and efficient services to support University programs and community. The buildings (theKeathley University Center and the James Union Building) are the community centers of the campus and provide a shared home for the University; welcoming students, faculty, alumni, staff, parents and guests.
The Union acts as both a facility and a program designed to enhance campus life and advance the University’s educational mission. These facilities include a ballroom, dining rooms, a movie theater, numerous meeting rooms, catering services, a self-service bookstore, post office, a mini-market, several Division of Student Affairs offices and student lounges.

The Keathley University Center Office and the James Union Building Office coordinate facilities reservations for respective buildings. These buildings offer many services to the University and community including a self-service bookstore, post office, a mini-market, large lounges with big screen televisions, catering services and dining rooms, a movie theater, numerous meeting rooms, and a large ballroom.
Student Unions is part of the Student Unions and Programming Office which also includes Student Programming and Eventsand Production Services. The Student Unions and Programming Office is located in KUC 308. The KUC Office is in KUC 201 behind the second floor lobby information desk. The JUB Office is in JUB 200.
