University Lost & Found


Items which are found on the MTSU campus should be delivered immediately to the Student Union Building Front Desk. An active effort will be made to reunite these items with their rightful owner.

You may inquire about lost items by visiting, telephoning, or emailing us. The Lost and Found office is open during normal operating hours. You may contact the Lost and Found office at (615) 898-5121 or via email at mtunions@mtsu.edu .

You may also fill out the lost & found claim form below. Please be as specific with item description as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for an email response.

Per MTSU Policy I: 01:17: Lost and found items are kept at the University Center for a period of up to nine (9) months.

After the 9 month time period has passed items are sold in our annual Lost & Found Sale or donated to various local charitable organizations.

Please note: Any MTSU Blue ID's turned into the University lost & found are sent to the Blue ID office located in JUB 306. The Blue ID office is open Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
