Instructions and Guidelines to Request Space in the Murphy Center Complex
1. Check the webviewer for appropriate facility and/or available space.
2. Contact the following Murphy Center Complex personnel for tentative hold.

3. Complete and bring Application for Use of Facilities form. The hard copy must be
submitted with original signatures.
a. Students-Advisor & Student Organization Signatures
b. Faculty/Staff Department Budget Head Signatures
4. All paperwork (forms, contracts, insurance information, etc) must be approved, finalized, and received by the scheduler ASAP or at least 5 business days (Mon-Fri.) prior to the event or meeting.
