Welcome to the Blue Raider Guide to Living Off-Campus

Off-Campus Student Services provides this guide to living off-campus to all students who are now living or who have decided to live off-campus in the near future. Over 85% of MTSU students live off-campus in a variety of situations. We hope that this Guide will provide information for you at whatever stage of the process you find yourself.

Thinking about renting an apartment off-campus?

We want to help you reach your goal of graduating with a degree from MTSU. To do that, we know that you need to become well informed about the campus services available to you and to make a connection to MTSU. We hope you will continue to use this Guide as a reference for those services and places to make a connection. Consult it again when you need a new service along your academic path.

We also encourage you to check out other parts of the Off-Campus Student Services website, especially the Handbook that gives you detailed information about all the varied services available to MTSU students that you will need to know about now or in the future.

If you encounter any need along the way that you cannot find resources for in the Guide, please contact Off-Campus Student Services office by e-mail us at ocss@mtsu.edu, call us at 615-898-5989, or come by our office in KUC 320 to meet in person. To check out the off-campus housing availabilities, go to the Off-Campus Housing website.
