University Studies
University Studies is designed to serve students who are underprepared for the regular college curriculum and help them achieve a level of academic competence that will enable them to work successfully in college-level courses. These classes are smaller with more personal attention and students receive regular progress reports. This support unit provides assessment testing and the prescribed courses in math, reading, writing, and university studies for those students who need extra preparation. They also offer tutoring in the Writing Center, the Prescribed Course Reading Lab and Mathematics Lab.
