General Complaints & Grievances - Handbook

Middle Tennessee State University is concerned that all students have a positive educational experience, are treated fairly and courteously by University personnel, and are provided an outlet to address conditions and circumstances that disturb them. Student complaints or problems with regard to MTSU services and programs should be directed in writing to the Office of the Dean of Student Life. A conference to discuss the complaint can be scheduled if so desired by the student. Every attempt will be made to resolve the student's concerns or a request for resolution and response will be directed to the appropriate department.
